What is the difference between Raw, Gel, Powder, and Capsule forms?
Raw sea moss is dried whole seaweed that you soak and blend at home. Gel is pre-soaked and blended, ready to use. Powder is finely ground sea moss that blends into any recipe. Capsules are encapsulated and convenient for everyday use.
What are your Bundles?
Our bundles combine two or more sea moss formats at a better value than purchasing individually. Each bundle is made from 100% wildcrafted Eucheuma cottonii sea moss with no additives.
How much sea moss do people typically use daily?

How is your raw sea moss material tested?
Every incoming batch of unprocessed raw sea moss is independently laboratory tested for arsenic, cadmium, lead, and mercury before processing. All raw-material batches purchased to date have been tested. Test results are batch-specific.
Is your sea moss ethically sourced?
Yes. We source only wildcrafted Eucheuma cottonii sea moss, ethically harvested from ocean waters and carefully handled to preserve its natural mineral content.
What is the difference between wildcrafted and farmed sea moss?
Wildcrafted sea moss grows naturally in the ocean and absorbs minerals from its environment. Farmed versions are cultivated in controlled conditions. We source only wildcrafted Eucheuma cottonii.
Are there any additives, fillers, or binders in your products?
No. Our products contain 100% pure sea moss with no additives, fillers, binders, or preservatives.
Is this product suitable for specific diets?

We deliver nationwide across South Africa.
What are the delivery options and charges?
Standard Doorstep Delivery costs R140, with an estimated transit time of 3–5 business days. Express Doorstep Delivery costs R220, with an estimated transit time of 1–3 business days. Courier Guy Locker costs R98, with an estimated transit time of 3–5 business days, and is available for qualifying dry-only orders with a checkout weight up to 559g. Please confirm your preferred locker with us after ordering. Available options and the final delivery charge are shown at checkout.
How is Sea Moss Gel delivered?
Sea Moss Gel is perishable and is not available for locker delivery.
When will my order be shipped and how long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Transit estimates run from courier collection, exclude preparation time, and are not guaranteed overnight services. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email.
How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your delivery progress through our courier's website.
Can I return my sea moss products?
Due to the perishable nature of sea moss gel, we cannot accept returns on opened products. Unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund for damaged or incorrect orders at no cost to you.
