Order Processing: All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

2. Delivery Times
Standard Delivery: Once dispatched, your order should arrive at your doorstep within 3-5 business days.
Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information once your order has been processed.
3. Freshness & Perishable Handling (Sea Moss Gels)
Because Sea Moss Gel is a perishable product, we take extra care to ensure it arrives fresh.
Cold Packaging: Gels are frozen prior to shipment and packed using a cold packaging system (insulated liners and gel packs) to maintain the proper temperature during transit.
Immediate Action Required: Upon delivery, please refrigerate the gel immediately. Once defrosted in the fridge, it has a shelf life of 3-4 weeks.

Correct Address: Please ensure your delivery details are correct before checking out. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Residential Addresses: For gel products, we strongly recommend providing a physical residential or business address where someone is available to receive the package to ensure it is refrigerated promptly.
