Storage Requirements: Sea moss gels are perishable. They must be refrigerated immediately upon receipt. We are not liable for spoilage caused by improper storage or failure to follow the instructions on the product label.
4. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer or to discontinue any product at any time.
Orders are only confirmed once payment has been cleared.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver within South Africa using reputable couriers.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the items to the address provided.
6. Returns and Refunds
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act:
Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of our fresh sea moss gels, we cannot accept returns.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence to arrange a replacement or refund.
