Both products are made from wildcrafted Eucheuma cottonii sea moss and naturally contain iodine, potassium, magnesium, fibre, and other trace minerals.

The Raw Dried Sea Moss has no added fillers, binders, artificial preservatives, or colouring. The capsule filling has no added fillers, binders, or artificial additives. Vegan, Non-GMO, Soy-Free, and Gluten-Free.

• Sea Moss Capsules: Serving size is two capsules with water. May be consumed with a meal.

• Raw Dried Sea Moss: Rinse thoroughly, soak in purified water for 12–24 hours, then drain and rinse again. Blend with fresh purified water until the desired Gel consistency is reached. Transfer the prepared Gel to a clean, sealed container and refrigerate immediately. Add 1–2 tablespoons to smoothies, juices, coffee, tea, meals, or other recipes.
