• Raw Dried Sea Moss: Rinse thoroughly, soak in purified water for 12–24 hours, then drain and rinse again. Blend with fresh purified water until the desired gel consistency is reached. Transfer the prepared gel to a clean, sealed container and refrigerate immediately. Add 1–2 tablespoons to smoothies, juices, coffee, meals, or recipes.
