Subscription Policy — Marine Sea Moss (Pty) Ltd

Marine Sea Moss offers a recurring subscription service on selected products, powered by Appstle Subscriptions.

Subscription Benefits Subscribers receive a 10% discount on every recurring order. Free nationwide delivery applies to all subscription orders with no minimum spend.

Billing & Frequency Subscriptions are billed monthly on the same date as your original order. Payment is processed automatically via your chosen payment method.

Pausing or Skipping You may pause or skip an upcoming order at any time by logging into your customer account and managing your subscription, or by contacting us at orders@marineseamoss.co.za at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming order. To cancel, log into your account or email orders@marineseamoss.co.za.

Refunds on Subscription Orders Our standard refund policy applies to all subscription orders. Due to the perishable nature of sea moss gel, opened products cannot be returned. Unopened shelf-stable products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Changes to Pricing We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers via email.
